About Lauren

Serenity Movement was born from a deep desire to guide others back to themselves — to that quiet, knowing place we often forget in the noise of life.

Lauren created Serenity Movement to remind you of the tools within that help us reconnect — with the body, breath, and with the truth of who we are. Her classes invite you to move intuitively, explore with curiosity, and meet yourself just as you are — without judgment, without pressure.

Serenity Movement offers space to go inward, to honour your energy, and to remember your wholeness. The more you return to the mat, the more these insights travel with you into daily life.

These practices are not about fixing or perfecting — they’re about remembering. They empower you to notice what you need, trust your process, and show up fully — even in the unknown.
